Rate for a 3 bed apartment is €5500 for the period from June 1st to 10 o’clock in the morning of August 20th. (All bedrooms are ensuite). Rent must be paid in advance. South Mall Court.

Rate for a 4 bed apartment is €6400 for the period from June 1st to 10 o’clock in the morning of August 20th. (2 ensuite bedrooms and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom) Rent must be paid in advance. South Mall Court.

Rate for a  2 bedroom apartment (with 4 beds) is €4700 from June 1st to 10 o’clock in the morning of August 20th. (All bedrooms are ensuite) Rent must be paid in advance. South Mall Court.

Rate for a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Reeds Lane, Barrack Street is €5800 from June 1st to 10 0’clock in the morning of  August 20th.

Rate for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Reeds Lane, Barrack Street is €4700 from June 1st to 10 o’clock in the morning of  August 20th

We require a deposit of €1500 per 3 bed  and €1800 per 4 bed  apartment to cover electricity (amount used), refuse (€25 per room per month) and cleaning of apartment at the end of the letting period.(Minimum cleaning charge is €100 per person) We will need a security/booking deposit of €250 per person.

We will also rent apartments on an individual room basis.

Rate for an ensuite bedroom from June 1st to August 20th is €1950 plus a security/booking deposit of €250 and a utility deposit of €450 per person.

To book your room we require a booking /security deposit of €250 per person. If you cancel before May 1st 202 half of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel after that date you will lose your deposit.

Rent must be paid in advance on or before May 7th 2026.
